In this series, Expertise Era presented the very first patent application number 202121030333 filed in India. Wherein, the most prone problem of repeated sowing of seed due to wrong consideration wetness of soil in a view of uncertain rainfall, pre-monsoon rain, or early monsoon that leads to failure in consideration of the wetness of the soil and results to repeated seed sowing with heavy economic loss, time waste, chances of losing whole crop season resolved. Further, the invented device envisages a solar-operated sprinkling and ploughing device as a one-stop solution to above all problems.The solar operated bicycle-based sprinkling apparatus with the multiple nozzles that can be set over the one or more series of the crop as per the requirement of farm and time availability with the capability in order to an automatic setting or manual setting of the spraying distance or space between the plants or the series of the plants, spraying intensity, force and speed required as per crop. Further, the bicycle comprises the criss-cross wheels designed in order to perform the ploughing of soil, the solar operated battery-based driving mechanism to propel the vehicle, supporting wheels for efficient balancing of loads, manual clutch based simple operation of mechanical valves, handlebar based display system to an automatic setting of distance and specifying other parameter and sensor-based system to depict the targeted entity, rear camera for monitoring of spraying result.
Repeated seed sowing a roaring issue of farmers wherein germinating crop completely burns in sun rays or damages in attack due to insecticides, fungus or bacteria in lack of watering to crop due to uncertain rain fall. In this current era of global warming and pollution the balance of nature is altered to make the rainfall uncertain, wherein many times the rainfall starts at the early stages of the rainy season or in case of pre-monsoon rain it is very difficult to predict the real commencement of the rainy season. Whereas the common people including farmers get influence by said early rain, immature rain, or pre-monsoon rain and due unpredictability of rainy season as well as to accomplish the benefit of early sowing of seeds initiates the sowing of seed based on prima facie consideration of the wetness of the soil.
However, as said rain is of kind of immature, pre-monsoon, or early monsoon, and the consideration of the wetness of soil is also imperfect and prima facie based on pre assumptions or mere predictions of past rainfall stats. The seed sowed in said unfavourable conditions mostly suffers from the short rain or partial draught in germinating stage or within the soil condition. The seed in said stage of germination is very sensitive and needs the continue watering else said prone to cause damage due to sun burn, lack of water, dryness of the soil and other relating problems which includes attack of insects and birds. Further, said circumstances and as per weather conditions in India occur in May to July, wherein a partial drought-like situation exists in many states of India including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. So farmers can’t provide pump or well water in scarcity of water and in case its available for many crops including soya bean and cotton it’s very difficult to provide said pump water directly to crops as it can cause harm to germinating crops, as well as there, are serious chances of alteration in the necessary condition of the soil. In case said pump water is directly applied and further rain water falls there are saviour chances of spoilage of germinating crop due to excess water. Thus, it’s feasible and required to provide a continuous small amount of water to said germinating crops.
Further, ploughing is also the crucial process of nurturing the crop in the early stage and maintaining the favourable condition of the soil by rotating the primary layer of soil as well as an efficient tool to remove weeds from the farm. But in case of farmers with limited farm or don’t have a pair of bullocks it has been difficult to perform said crucial ploughing of. Also, exiting manual bullock-based Plougher takes more time, cost and requires special expertise to perform said ploughing action with the high possibility of damage to the crop.
Furthermore, to protect the crop from insecticides or another attack of fungus, bacteria, etc. sprinkling the pesticide plays a vital role, but excess spraying of pesticide can cause a problem like in case of weed inhibitor which is intended to spray specifically on weed and not on crop may damage the crop, continue excess spraying of pesticides on soil can deteriorate the organic level of the soil. Wherein the existing sprinkler with nozzle is inefficient, manual operating, costlier, time-consuming and excess pesticide sprayer in nature and requires the specific target based spraying solution which can spray pesticide to the targeted entity, immediately, without harm to human being and crop.

The above components are configured in a manner that the frame of the bicycle is modified to accompany the supporting means to solar plates incorporated above the bicycle and spraying tank. Wherein spraying tank further comprises a main and extended nozzle line which can be configured based on the size, distance, and amount of water required to a particular plant or series of the plant. Said multiple nozzles can be adjusted based on the series of crops and farms required to cover. The bicycle further includes the specially designed Crisscross wheel which is capable to perform ploughing of the top layer of soil and can remove the weeds from the path. The multipurpose bicycle is supported by side wheels to maintain a balance of the vehicle and the rear mini wheel further performs the ploughing of soil left between the wheels to ensure complete ploughing. In the case of mechanical bicycle hand brake functions as nozzle operating valve member to facilitates simple and efficient control of spraying. Whereas the battery-operated display-based bicycle provided automatic sensing means with the capability to a manual setting of specification such as distance, speed, spraying force, type of crop, type of spray, etc. Further, the handlebar-based display facilitates accurate monitoring of targeted spraying. The rear camera ensures the intensity of the spray. The inbuilt solar-operated battery portrays the efficient and quick movement of bicycles without manual effort. Overhead solar pannel provides shelter to the working person and increases working efficiency.
Thus, the above illustrated envisage a one-stop solution to said all problem by providing claulcauted water to germinating seeds, the effortless and quick battery-driven operation makes possible to continue watering to crop, targeted spraying ensure efficient use of water or pesticides, eliminates waste of pesticides, the intensity of spraying water is adjusted in such a manner that in case of heavy rainfall after spraying water from a said device can not spoil the crop, criss-cross wheel performs simultaneous plouging of soil, said solar operated bicycle by removing spraying tank can be used as a plougher which further eliminates the need of pair of bullocks, multiple workers, experiences and expert worker, possibility to damage crops by manual error. The cost of the bicycle is very less as compared to a pair of bullock or automatic sprayer pumps, less time and effort required for spraying.
